Mark J. Wanda
Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Mr. Wanda, Sunovion's Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has been with the company since 2002. In this role, he oversees all legal matters at Sunovion including commercial, intellectual property, corporate, contracting, employment and litigation. Mr. Wanda and his staff also provide support for the organization's Government Affairs activities.

Previously, Mr. Wanda served as Senior Corporate Counsel for Schering-Plough Corporation and Fujisawa Healthcare (now Astellas). Prior to his work as in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical industry, Mr. Wanda was as an International Tax Specialist at the accounting firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition to his juris doctorate, Mr. Wanda is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant.
