We believe you should work where you feel most productive. Where your life feels most in balance. In a remote setting, or in the office. That's why we are adapting and designing our office spaces for diverse working styles, to enhance in-person interaction, and with technology that helps you connect as if you're there.
Why We've adapted
Based on what we have learned over the last few years, and what employees have told us, we have adopted a primarily remote working model, “Our Connected Culture.” This means the majority of our employees work remotely most of the time. Employees come together in person when work requires intensive collaboration, critical decision-making, or for building social and cultural cohesion. We also support accommodating colleagues who feel they are most productive in the office. Additionally, we are open to hiring people who live farther from our Massachusetts and New Jersey offices and travel in for occasional meetings or events.
